Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

For customized products, the shipping time is 7–10 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, show signs of damage, have lost their original condition, or are missing their labels (this includes items worn with heavy perfumes or deodorants that leave a trace).

Custom orders are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in complete, undamaged condition, and with all standard accessories included.

General Return Conditions

You must notify us via email at [email protected] before returning the product. Returns sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.

The item must be returned in its original box or packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged, missing or no longer in a resellable condition.

The original invoice must be included with the return.

Returns without an invoice cannot be processed.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed, minus the shipping costs.
